Speaker Notes

We want to thank Julie Caldwell, Director of the Charleston Visitors Bureau for giving us an update on the work the organization is doing to attract tourist dollars to the Capitol City . Over the years the CVB has aggressively promoted the city and it is paying off in an increase in convention and visitor traffic. Next year Charleston will host the South East Museum Conference, which is a new addition to the growing number of conventions that are selecting Charleston , West Virginia . Thank you Julie for your hard work and for taking time from you busy schedule to bring us up to date.
